Toronto Fitness Community Comes Together for Sweat TO Support
Studios to Raise Funds for Victims of Hurricanes Harvey & Irma
On Saturday, September 30, Toronto’s fitness studios will come together to support the victims of the hurricanes that ravaged parts of the the Dominican Republic, Turks & Caicos, Haiti, Cuba, and The Bahamas, leaving in their wake immeasurable damage.
Led by Well TO Do, Toronto’s resource for all things fitness and wellness, and Matthew Pauderis, an independent fitness trainer, studios across the city will shift one or more group fitness classes into a fundraiser for GlobalMedic, a Canadian nonprofit dedicated to saving lives by providing short-term, rapid response in the wake of disasters and crisis, both at home and abroad.
We are reaching out to studios across the city and asking them to get involved in any way they can. Our fundraising page can be found here.
